About Linda Novick

I was born in Hawaii on the Island of Oahu, raised in Long Beach,  CA. and moved to Orange County in 1961.  I worked at North American Aviation, known later as Rockwell International, and ultimately becoming The Boeing Company.  I was manager of manufacturing cost and also held the position of Quality Project Manager. 

I received my real estate license in 1972.   I went back to real estate school and passed my brokers exam in 1979.  I persued additional education, receiving my AA degree in Real Estate from Orange Coast College in 1982, and graduated from National University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1990.  I did graduate work at Cal State Fullerton in the field of Counseling.

I proudly accepted an award in 1980 as the top selling agent within my local board of realtors.  I have managed an office for a large real estate chain in Orange County and have owned and operated my own company here in Palm Desert.  I am currently associated with Windermere Real Estate Coachella Valley.  I live (9 year resident) and specialize in Sun City Palm Desert; a gated active adult community with two championship golf courses, 4,985 single story homes, 3 beautiful clubhouses, tennis and bocce courts, billiards room, fishing pond, 3 restaurants, driving range, softball diamond, miles of hiking, biking and walking trails, 2 dog parks, and over 75 active clubs and resident groups.  

My clients have told me, over the years, that the one thing that keeps them coming back to work with me is that I make them feel like they are my #1 priority...and they are right!  My goal and intent is to provide a seemless transaction, from the first home showing to the day I hand over the keys.  And it doesn`t  hurt that we have a little fun along the way.

In addition to my 38 years of experience and being a Broker, I also hold certifications as an e-Pro (Marketing in today`s technology) and as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
